Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or scheduling services with Haffer Flooring International, LLC, ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or requesting a consultation, estimate, or installation service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Floor Coverings International of Southeast Knoxville provides flooring sales, installation, and remodeling services in the greater Knoxville, Tennessee area, including but not limited to:
• Luxury vinyl plank flooring installation
• Hardwood flooring installation and refinishing
• Carpet installation
• Tile and laminate flooring installation
• Custom shower and bathroom remodeling
• Tile backsplash installation
• Outdoor patio and porch flooring
All services are subject to a signed estimate or service agreement prior to commencement of work. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided — whether in-home, by phone, or via our website — are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Final pricing is subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, scope changes, or other factors discovered during or prior to installation. We will notify you of any material price changes before proceeding.
4. Financing
We offer financing options through third-party lenders, including 0% financing for 12 months and extended payment plans. Financing is subject to credit approval and the terms and conditions of the applicable lender. Floor Coverings International of Southeast Knoxville is not responsible for financing decisions made by third-party lenders.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
Consultations and installations are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a scheduling fee or refusal of future service.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Prior to installation, the customer is responsible for:
• Clearing the area of furniture, personal belongings, and valuables
• Ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the work area
• Disclosing any known subfloor issues, moisture problems, or existing damage
• Ensuring any required permits are obtained where applicable
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or the inability to complete the project as planned.
7. Warranties and Workmanship
We stand behind our work. Our installation services are backed by a workmanship warranty, the terms of which will be specified in your service agreement. Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship guarantee. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper maintenance, water intrusion not related to installation, structural movement, or misuse.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floor Coverings International of Southeast Knoxville shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of use or damage to personal property not directly caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Floor Coverings International of Southeast Knoxville or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.
